Senga Riches
founder, All-Steps Formation Riding
Senga has worked in the equine industry for many years, teaching, riding and bringing the best out in horse and rider, understanding the end goal and working towards that goal. Having ridden and performed for many years in formation riding she has also been running ASFR clinics for approximately 4 years now and helping others achieve and experience riding with others in harmony and rhythm. Senga can always be heard quoting “the skys the limit”.

Senga was thrilled to receive this trophy
at the end of a successful full year
of coaching from clients.
Abby Long
Abby Long joined the South African Lipizzaner team in Kyalami, Johannesburg in 2009. During her time there she rode in every item in the Sunday performances, from the 6 horse Young Stallion routine, to the Baroque themed Pas de Deux, side saddle Pas de Trois and the grand finale of every performance: the quadrille AKA the Ballet of the White Stallions. As team
leader at the centre she trained both the stallions and their riders, and helped to choreograph many routines with breathtaking results of precision and elegance in unity.
Her passions are dressage and art, which formation riding personifies.
Louise Codling
With over 30 years’ experience working in the equestrian industry, I bring an enthusiastic, empathetic and a positive approach to my coaching, helping horse and rider grow as a partnership. I am a registered BHS Accredited Professional Coach with BHSAI Int SM qualifications. I have competed in all disciplines, but Dressage and Showing being my preferred choices. I am also currently training to be a certified Bit and Bridle fitter so to further my knowledge in this subject. I coach all levels from novice to affiliated competitive riders and have trained horses from being backed up through to affiliated competition levels. My enthusiasm for formation riding/coaching started early in my career when I was taught to ride formation drill riding from an ex-calvary officer. This then inspired me to start coaching it myself, and I also have performed in formation riding demonstrations. My passion for Dressage and Music come together in harmony with the elegance and precision of formation riding. My quote in life is “There is no such word as ‘can’t’, anything is possible”. Louise is based in and around Norfolk but is willing to travel further afield.
